MP Store purchase failure

After a match I went into the Multi-player store to purchase a veteran's pack and a message came up saying that the purchase had failed, likewise saying if it happened again that I should cantact customer support. The credits were still subtracted from my profile but I didn't get the pack contents.
I tried it again and the same message came up, again subtracting my credits but delivering no veteran pack. Is this recoverable at all or am I just lucky in that I get to report the bug?

It happened to me once, lost credits and all. Luckily it hasn't happened again. Hopefully they'll have it fixed by the retail date.

This happened to me just 15 minutes ago. Lost 20000 credits. Hopefully this will be (or was) fixed in the final game.
It's a good thing Bioware doesn't do banking software. Just stick to games, please!

This also happened to me with a veteran pack. Has anyone succeeded in getting a replacement?

Don't expect replacements in the demo, what progress you make you don't keep anyways. Although raising the awareness of this bug does no harm.

You lose the credits, but you gain the items inside. The catch is you don't know what you got in the pack unless you notice it in your inventory/weapons locker/character screen
