I just finished another Origins run, obviously I'm moving back into DA II. I finished the prologue and used the console command: runscript zz_vault_debug to view the current world state. Obviously there were complications.

>Flagged Leliana romance incorrectly flagged not sleeping with her and stated she slept with Isabela
>Flagged Vigil's Keep fell
>Flagged Anders died at the Keep
>Flagged Nathanial died at the Keep
>Flagged I did not protect the roads
>Flagged I did not assist Alistair's rule (Chancellor)
>Flagged I did not romance or sleep with Morrigan (Left with her in witch hunt)

I've become comfortable with using the console and even fiddling with the game files. Any solutions you fine folks can offer would be appreciated I'm at a bit of a loss and another patch doesn't seem to be on the horizon.

You'll have to use a search engine to locate it, but the Dragon Age II Gibbed Save Generator will generate an importable DAO+Awakenings+DLC save for use with DAII. I use it and have yet to have a gibbed save fail to be exactly as I want - takes all of two minutes to set up the flags DAII needs with that program.
