I really like how you can link your characters to your profile here on the site. As JEBesh said, it's the Facebook of Dragon Age. My question is, will you be able to link your characters from the 360 version of the game here via xbox live? I have a feeling you won't be able to, but it'd be nice.

Yes, you will be able to. Hence the different versions of the games under the Games menu to the left.

Can you import your premade characters to Xbox/PS3, then?

If we can not transfer our characters can we still get the ring for downloading the creator and being a part or the pre-release community?

I too would like to know how to upload my 360 character manually. From what I can tell all you can do is play the game and just wait for your character to be uploaded to here at some random unspecified time. How often does social.bioware actually draw data from our game profile?

I have the problem that I have different accounts on my 360 and social.bioware have linked to the wrong one when I tested the game and forgot to change accounts so I have the wrong Persona meaning that I dont get uppdates and the site tells me I dont have any characters.
Is it true that you cant change Persona? Will I never be able to upload my character?

I completely forget if you can have multiple Gamertags on a single EA account. Section 5.1 in this sticky explains how to associate Gamertags and PSNs to your EA account. If that doesn't work or you know already that the Gamertag is associated with another EA account, EA live support can transfer it between accounts.

Yes, you can. Checking my EA account, Dragos33 is already my associated Gametag on my EA account. Its only here on this site that it say PKCrusader.

I am still not sure what you mean when you say it has switched. I have been able to access both personas all along.
