+1 - I've supported Bioware a long time and will continue to do so. I just want them to support their core audience as well. To me it's a role playing issue. Kinda hard to be the savior of the galaxy if you look like an idiot running around pointing your gun at any and everything. It's the first thing they teach you when they hand you a gun in the military.

This idea would be VERY easy to patch.

I don't know how easy it would be (I'm not a developer), but I do know it CAN be done. If only Bioware would take the time and actually do it... Sigh. Ray Muzyka said in an interview (skip to 2:40) that one of the core values at Bioware is humility, and that they listen to player's feedback very seriously. Let's see them put their money where their mouth is!

It's not a question whether if it's possible, it's a question whether if EA can be arsed to do this...

Dr. Muzyka is a Senior Vice President at EA (among other things), so it's not like they don't have any saying on the matter. People make it sound like Bioware is an innocent victim of EA corporate moneygrabbers. Maybe. But I am not entirely convinced.

Or was it knowledge? Regardless, it wouldn't cost them much to implement it (they're gonna make a killing with this game), and it would make many fans very happy.

Is there a thread for this in the no spoilers forum?
