WHen purchasing a veteran pack, there was a pause then an error message that told me I need to contact support. Now I lost those credits with no veteran pack. I did it again with the regular pack... and the same thing.
I just spoke to a chat agent on Origin and he is totally clueless and sent me here.... sent me here!!! why does he have a job???
Anyway, this is frustrating.
Just to add salt to the wound, the dude (after a long discussion of the problem) asked me where I bought the game from...
there just arent any words...
I just lost credits!!...

Had the same problem. Are you sure you didnt get the items? because I did. with the next purchase i made, it showed me all the items from both packs.
