After picking up the peices of a bronze match as an MVP infiltrator the loot gods had blessed me with a Krogan solider, and I have to say it's about time! As an N7 level 68 I have my share of races. My personal favorite is my Asari adept because we all know how powerful stasis is, however I managed to receive my glorious Krogan and manage to go toe to toe with another player and his/her Asari adept played with a sniper rifle, which I also use but he/she was using the single shot reload while I have the viper which alot better for maximizing damage

I digress... The Krogan soilder IS A STUPID AMOUNT OF FUN! Charging into hordes of Cerberus and one-shoting just about everything is an incredible feeling! The rage buff alone Krogans have even adds to the adrenaline you get while playing. Rage is the fitness of krogans with a twist. When you kill any 3 enemies you gain rage which changes your screen and makes your character let out of cry of glorious bloodlust! It makes you take less damage and deal a % of more melee for 30 seconds! Krogans are the melee masters (which isn't really a surprise) but it's damn well alot of fun! Headbutting and Charging into the fray makes for loads of fun! Not even an atlas could stop this scaly bererking behemoth of destruction!


The kicker was my solider level was only even 5 when I started which makes me drool about the impending "carnage" (pun intended) to come!

Funny thing is that it is next to impossible not to melee with the Krogan. Several times wanted to try a game without melee but at somepoint i always find myself surrounded by cerberus corpses, the screen glowing in rage and my Krogan laughing out of enjoyment of the battle. Playing Krogan is pure bliss.

Yeah, the Krogan is glorious. I look forward to unlocking him again in retail and getting him fully kitted.

Heh, i just finished writing a status update about how fantastic they are. Nothing like going into rage mode and charging an Atlus with full shields and armour and straight up headbutting the damn thing to death.

There is probably no better class than to use the Widow and the Claymore with the Krogan Soldier.

I was a lucky son of a gun and unlocked him in my starter pack.  I can't bring myself to try anything else.

Took me until N7 level 50s to get him, he's a beast. I love when my entire team is running away from the Phantom, and I just charge in and backhand her to death in one blow.

I just unlocked a LV5 one. I've called him Urdnot Zenuk, and heavy meleeing Cerberus fodder halfway across the map is a lot of dumb fun.
Still, for functionality, I like to stick with my LV18 Engineer: Dell Conagher.
