Doesn't look like it. "Word of God" (to quote TVTropes) is that they don't.

Nope, it's been confirmed that progress doesn't carry over. We could get a bounus for playing the demo, but don't quote me on that

I've been wondering this in terms of the multiplayer.

I won't mind either way, just find myself curious.

That's too bad. I was hoping since you could log in to Origin there was a possibility it would. It's gonna be tough to pull myself away from playing the single player to work on the MP for the "best outcome." However, the MP is amazing.

how odd I was sure it would as it ties into our xbox, psn and origin accounts respectively. I wonder why i doesn't. May lead to some very annoyed people why have to start again. Havnt had this much fun with multiplayer since Enemy territory

That would be pretty irritating, but I wouldn't mind starting over. It's addicting enough with just two maps and one set of enemies. Once the entire game comes out, single player and all, I really can't imagine peeling myself off this game for the entire year.

It doesnt EA FAQ

Will any data from Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer carry over into the real game? Like the Galactic Readiness level or similar?
No, no data from the Multiplayer or Single Player demo carries into the full game.

None whatsoever? shame... ok, back to the old games. don't get me wrong I'm obsessing over ME3(to the point i'm typing this at 2am, and somehow 17th on regional leaderboard atm) but if it doesn't carry over at all, then i should just leave it and save some MP surprises for release, i think. I'll go re-finish Arrival.

Doing multiplayer at least showed me some things, like i assumed i'd be rubbish as an adept, yet multiplayer shows i'm not that bad. Plus the odd tactic for when and when not to missile the big bad and angry of the day, and which of the newer weapons that i've unlocked are best for my playstyle. even found new uses for classes i Did try that i just couldn't use effectively.

Edit:...underestimated the lure of the multiplayer.
