Ah, very nice - I love it when people take inspiration for names from various sources.  From what I can see in your list, I'm guesing "Korbin Falhae" comes from Korbin Dallas in The Fifth Element (I love that movie), and Ali'Zar vas Nostromo of course is referencing the ship from Alien.  I guess the quarians REALLY needed a ship badly if they were willing to accept that one!

The 5th Element one was unintentional but I'm not sure I'm keeping it. And yes, that's one of two Alien References. That one was for the sheer lol factor.

Human: AHH! Get it off me!
Quarian: You'll be pleased to know that Planned Parenthood started up a Flotilla branch.

Also, once I get a new headset, expect my Salarian Engineer to say, "Yipee-Kay-Yay ************!"

And I was lazy when I named my Drell Vanguard. I just used a Byzantine noble title and combined it with the name of a constellation. It's just a reference to Thane, lol.

Eh, I don't think that's lazy at all, I like that name.  I thought at first that the last name "Strategos" was actually a referene to Perikles' position in the Athenian government, it being Greek for "general."  Heh, then the literal translation you would get would be "Orion General."  Legion would be pleased.

Ha, but Delilah is actually a good name - she single-handedly screwed the arguably most badass of ancient Israel's Judges.  That, and she was a Philistine, and the Philistines were Mycenaeans who migrated to Israel, and the Mycenaeans who led the Greeks in taking down Troy in the Odysseey.  In all, your female Sentinel's name has quite a bit of badass cred behind it, nothing stupid about it.

And while that is certainly true (and you can see that all my Quarians have clearly Hebrew inspired names), outside of the Biblical context, when I hear Delilah, all I can think of is that damn talk show host. "DeLILAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!! LOVE someone toniiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiighiiiiiiiit!!"

To use a character you have to name him/her. Thats the point.
