I just upgraded my PC to Windows 7 64bit.

are the latest nvidia drivers working good with NWN2?
I have the  295 Graphics Card

Some Nvidia drivers have trouble with the normal maps on outdoor textures:

I'm running NWN2 on a laptop with 64-bit Windows 7. Apart from some occasional funky-looking textures (for which there are work-arounds), I'm pleased with the general performance. I've got everything turned up to 11 and I'm getting smooth framerates.

Thanks for the reply DannJ, I went ahead and upgraded the drivers. So far all seems good. I will keep an eye out for texture issues, but so far all seems to be running well.
