Does somebody knows how i can install PhysX for a AMD Card?

I have a AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series video card.
But i cant install the NVIDIA PhysX.
Every time i try to install i get a simple nvidia picture and a text that says: Text.
And i have only a cancel button.
So how can i fix this, or how can i play mass effect witout Physx

Mass Effect 3 won't support GPU PhysX, so it's not necessary.

But if you like to use it for those (few) games that DO support it, get the following 'patch' (be sure to read the instructions ofcourse, it's not difficult though).

This mod enables multi-gpu physx (thus an nvidia dedicated physx-card alongside an amd graphics card)

The OP made no mention of having any nVIDIA product aboard. So far, the PhysX anomalies haven't shown any obvious parallels to one another. Of course, the majority are being remarked on with nothing in the way of real hardware information, and it seems premature to ask for a standard problem report before we really know what the practical requirements will turn out to be for the game itself.

Do you have ME2? Install the PhysX software that comes on the disc and see if it's fixed.

My understanding, is that AMD doesn't use PhysX, at all! Am I gonna have to get a dedicated card just to play this game? 2x6850 in crossfire.

The original PhysX had no hardware element, and is included on the disks with the games. I have noticed no problems with my own Radeons versus PhysX. As was true from the beginning, there's always been a PhysX to run from the CPU.

I did an digital download of ME2. It worked fine until I downloaded the ME3 Demo last night. I caould play the demo, but ME2 gives me an error about not finding PhysX software on startup. Do you suppose the ME3 Demo install removed something from my ME2 installation?

Check your installed programs, if you can find PhysX listed there, uninstall it. Then reinstall it, I would update to the latest version when you're at it (it works fine with all DA/ME games at least for me):

Well, I couldn't find ANY PhysX software on my PC. NONE of my previous ME games would work at all, just the ME3 Demo. I have been busy elsewhere today, and upon my return, ME2 started properly! I made no changes to anything! I hope everyone else has the same luck!!!

So you were willing to use Nvidia hardware before but now you refuse to install their software because it's "Nvidia crap?" I don't understand why this should be an issue.

Anyway, I can't find the Physx software on either of the ME3 discs. I see you have ME2 so insert one the discs, explore the folders and locate the Physx installer. Now you just have to make the difficult choice of installing the Physx software or not playing ME3 at all.

Well it's not that I hate it...it's just I don't want Nvidia stuff anymore, because it gave me problems.

I did install the PhysX driver and now the game works. But now I have a new problem, the shadows in the game are now very bad!!! Have you played GTA San Andres before? Well the shadows in ME3 now looks like the shadows in GTA SA!!! It sucks and I have the graphics setting of my game on the highest setting. My dynamic shadows are on. What seems to be wrong here?
