Is there any female turians in the final game?

A simple yes or no would be appreciated.

The only female of any other race besides humans that I know of in the game is a single Krogan. Otherwise, I don't recall there being any variety in the genders of the mass effect series, ever. This has been a hole in their storytelling since the beginning of their series. Hopefully they'll implement it in ME3 (beyond just the one female Krogan).

You forgot about the quarians...

But anyway, this is a question for those who read the scripts. B)

Just did a quick search in the script, if there are females of the other species they are not mentioned in it(exception for the krogan female). So chances are low that they will appear.

If the Salarian council died in ME1 then his replacement is a female Salarian.

They've talked about female Taurians in some of the interviews and they said they won't be appearing in the game.

They said they couldn't think of a meaningful way to differentiate female and male Taurians, so they'll just leave it a blank slate.
