 If you could have one class that you could customize, what would it be?

Let's say that you can customize your character's powers (within that class of course), choose races that are unavaliable, and ignore most class restrictions.

For me, I would go a geth infiltrator, with just the widow, and having tactical cloak, sabotage, and shield drain.
