Yeah USA EST but I will be up for it on the 360 yet due to you saying skype I am thinking you want for the pc.

PC. I think the game loses it's pizaze on consoles.

I can play the game on Xbox 360 as well, I just prefer it on the PC. I've played the pervious two games on PC, I only intend on getting it for the Xbox 360 'cause of friends. But, ah well... Might not venture out with the money.
