Been trying to persuade myself that playing a Quarian engineer isn't just awkwardly gimping myself compared to the human one, with varying degrees of success. Having a grenade that spawns a tiny floating adorable turret that shoots fire is helping, at least.

I don't suppose you like to play the Vanguard? That sounds like me as a Vanguard.
Lately, though, I've been rolling with my Turian Sentinel, mercilessly exploiting the extra bulk and assault rifle bonuses. Long-range capability? Check. Ridiculously strong melee with health and tech armor to back it up? Check. Powers that can wreck any type of defenses, with triple-chain Overload for stun abuse? Check.
Sentinel does everything.
Except avoid grenades if they're facing a wall.

I tried out a Quarian engineer a bit today to compare to Human. While I don't prefer Cryo to Overload, the Quarian turret definitely seems more powerful than the Combat Drone to me. The Drone serves as a better distraction, but the turret is more capable of actually putting up a fight.
Still, I love a good Overload, so I think I'll be sticking with Human...

I'm unable to log in. It appears the validation servers at this moment are not working.
I'm having some trouble with the demo with finding people who want to work as a team and don't bail as soon as someone dies.
I've also had trouble finding a full team. Usually, I'll sit there looking at 2 or 3 players waiting for more.
So I figure a solution for this is to find some multiplayer friends who are not buttheads
So here I am: johhnytrash. I'm not an elite player. I don't have Skillz. I'm never going to play through Gold missions. But I do want to play with people who are interested in as a team at least on Bronze while we get started out.
My orgin name is johhnytrash, just like here. Friend me on origin if I sound like a schmuck you might want to play with.

I am not really a super player who is level 20, like 10 hours after the multiplayer part was released. I am really tired of playing with these 'srs bnz' type kids. It keep hooking me up with random silver games, and I just die and die, and die again. Which annoys the team to no end, and I understand that just fine. But they are just so good, that I had to think outside the box if I wanted to kill just one enemy myself. (I wish I was kidding). All I want is to play for a laugh. It seems to me like every idiot from the Unreal servers somehow found ME3.
Anywho, I'm Darling_Azzy on Origin, if y'all want to play.
(Oh might wanna add, that I'm in CET, and on a PC) - And now I know why i rarely post on forums, that was some rambled rubbish. LOL!

The only things more evil than grenades are turrets, especially if there are two in one area.

While AdmiralCheez like to be up front, in your face, smash everything with charge/nova, I like to hit and run or snipe from a distance. Usually her, dieby, and whoever else is with us will make it all the way to wave 11 with a few bumps here and there. However, every so often I can't rez them in time...thus begins my 10 minute run around the map-athon. It's a great class for surviving if you know how to play it.

I don't know that I'd call that the easy way. Part of what makes me a terrible Soldier or Vanguard (or, though I hate to admit it, Infiltrator) is that I don't have the aiming skills to use those weapon-heavy classes properly.

Trust me, a Soldier is always an asset. Really, any class is. It's all in communication and cooperation. Sounds pretty obvious, but it helps to use voice chat. A squad with proper direction and focus is much more fun to play with, and much easier to succeed with.
On a side note, farming Bronze is actually a far more productive way of leveling up and getting creds. While Gold and Silver give greater rewards, they also demand far more time and effort to complete, as well as liberal use of consumables. Played well, Bronze can end in as little as 15 min, with minimal stress and no item usage. Our Gold run, which ended on Wave 9, took us 45 min or so.

N7 level like 64 or so but my max class is 15 haha. I don't understand people who have an N7 level 20 and a level 18 character, I have to experience everything!

I think I have a lvl 23 N7 level. I've been mostly playing the sentinel.
My main problem with people is that I'll join a match and everyone in the group except one will be ready. It usually ends up with someone (or all of us) leaving.
I also see a lot of people leave after the 5th or 6th wave.
It kind of sucks, because I've been trying to get a new race.

n7 level around 43.
I play as an Asari Adept (just reached level 20) with a shotgun and tons of Stasis. Really helps with phantoms.
Also, level 14 Turian Sentinel, and looking forward to play as a Drell Vanguard (level 4 o_o)

Got caught between two turrets.
Playing as a Vanguard with only one smg so had like 194% power cooldown boost.
Kept myself alive for a while by charging from turret A to B and then B to A.
Was fun while it lasted.
..as fun as being double teamed by turrets can be anyway.

As an Engineer, I'm blasting away with tech and a rifle, as a Vanguard, I'm usually in orbit around the the other guys, keeping the bad guy's attention on me so they can pick them off.
