I doesn't, no. Not sure there are any plans for that. Mode is really meant to be played with 4, sometimes 3. 2 is doable on bronze I imagine. 1 is asking for trouble :)

I have finished bronze solo before 2x now :)

It was  a challenge..  But do-able.

Me and a fellow infiltrator soloed silver with ease once. so complaint is invalid.

Difficulty doesn't seem to scale, hence it's possible to finish the game with just two players. It's even possible (though hard) to finish Silver with just two players. Gold would be near impossible though and requires not only a full team, but also excellent strategy.

Just because some people can do it solo doesn't mean that everyone should be able to. If that were the case there would be no need for different difficulty levels to begin with. It takes a lot of hubris to say, “Oh, I've beat it on solo plenty of times! So the complaint is totally invalid. Everyone should be able to because I did!”

It should be accessible to different play styles.

Since completing these rounds is meant to be nessessary for unlocking ME3's endings, players will likely be unable to experience the most successful endings. Since they are virtually impossible to solo, players will be required to find a group of competent players to assist them with the challenges.

Does anyone else find this to be a horrible design decision?

Bronze and silver are easily soloable bro.

Don't know about easy. Also there are instances where you just can't solo it. Like getting objectives that are in locations where there are too many enemies. Good luck trying to solo that...

I just kill them all? That's what I did. The only hiccup is when the objective is the 4 defusing crap. I've already solo'd both bronze and silver.

It may be for the better that way. Trying to get into Diablo 2 immediately comes to mind.

Wow. The difference between now and when the game was new. Bronze solo is super easy mode. I do remember the time I would never have attempted it alone though.

Edit: Necro

Haha, yes; it's a bit funny seeing these posts. And people (including me) are soloing Platinum now...

I still get nervous playing Bronze solo, and the game has gotten harder since launch, no idea what people are talking about it being too easy.

What's even funnier is that people keep making threads that inevitably make this game easier, and if these old posts don't show that....

Also a nice post on why the dumb solo challenges should be removed.

To be honest between forum help and the strength of the new classes and weapons platinum is far easier. TGI for example.

Gallowspole, the game hasn't gotten any easier-quite the opposite. classes like the Ex-Cerb show that with great clarity. It just seems easier because of the accumulated knowledge and experience of the playerbase.

Yes, these old posts are very cute indeed but you're failing to take into account the kinds of people who are saying them.
