issue on some other thread and I'm sorry if I'm being annying but I'm
really really confused (and in panic) right now. So please please please hear me out:
- The problem started when I pre-order ME3 deluxe digital on Origin, which
e-mail address I use is different from the one I use in the BSN. - Then I somehow got myself into making a new EA account (using the same e-mail address in Origin)
- Afterwards,every time I wanted to log in into the BSN, the site forces me into
making up a new account with the same e mail address as in Origin. No
matter how many times I tried, I can't seem to log in to my old BSN
account - So I finally gave up and create a new account with the e-mail address from the one I use in Origin
- Nowwhen I tried to play ME2, it wont connect to the CBN and I cannot
access all of my DLC's which was working fine in the past (fire walker, Zaeed Massani, etc) it stated that I
have to either redeem the code or made purchase! - Up until now I can't seem to open up my old BSN account, it's as if this new account has completely erase the old one and everything starts on clean slate.
I made no attempts in trying to erase my old account in anymeans what so ever. Heck, I wasnt able to access it.
Please can anyone out there help me and tell me what's going on?
I really really DO NOT want to lose my old BSN account (and all of its content) since all of my games and DLC's are registered there (ME1, ME2,DA:Awakening and neverwinter series..)
