Okay, I told him about ME3 demo last night and today he got to N7 lv.33 with lv 16 Krogan soldier. He was playing a game when he was suddenly disconnected. Later he was able to get online, just to find out the the ENTIRE profile has gone. Now he's back to lv.1 with nothing again.
Is there any explanation to this?
