I am wondering if Playstation 3 and PC players can play together in the multiplayer? I have the demo on my PC and one of my family member (that family member lives in my household) has the demo on their PS3. Can we play the multiplayer together? If so how can we set it up to play togather?

No sorry you can only play with the same console if you wish to play with each other you would have to buy second pc/ps3
