I live in WA, and my area got hit by an unexpected snowstorm a while ago. During this time, my internet was down. I am a die-hard Mass Effect fan, and have been playing since the very beginning. Naturally, I still wanted to play during the storm. Because I was offline, none of my achievements showed up (I had every one for Mass Effect 2, and 90% of them from the first Mass Effect). Now that my internet is back, I can reconnect to the EA servers. Today while playing ME2 I noticed an achievement counter for headshots. I checked, and every last achievement was locked. I really want to get them all back, because I feel like all the time I sunk into the game has been erased. And I don't have the 100+ hours of free time needed to get all my achievements back before ME3 is released.
Will my lack of Achievements affect my ME3 gameplay? Can I get my achievements back? Should I bother trying to re-earn them all?
