This is a really stupid question, and I would normally know the answer to this but I haven't been too involved with MP news as I'd like to be (busy with school/work).
In the actual game release, will any guns we have (promo, from ME2, unlocked in story) be available in MP?

I don't know, but I believe not, since multiplayer chracter are not connected to Shepard.

The only confirmed one so far is the Collector Assault Rifle, but that's only with the Barnes and Noble/Razer promotion codes.
It'll carry over as per the rest for Single Player, but the codes are the only way to get it in ME3MP.

I don't think we will, most likely because they will provide alternative weapons/methods of recieving the weapons in multiplayer. You know, keep it fresh and get some profit in the process.

Not straight away no, they'll need to be unlocked via recruit and veteran packs. So far i've unlock the revenant, widow, mattock, claymore, carnifex and phalanx.

I see your point, but your game is based off of your EA account, so...
I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
