Well, not quite the second level.  I get past the "tutorial" level, and to the point where I get the info on "this is an action packed level later on" and while the video intro is rolling, it locks up about 5-secs in.  And all I can do is close it through task manager.  Ran all earlier cinematics fine, high frame rate throughout.  Fresh install of Win7 64-bit, and updated drivers.
