I've had certain instances where after a game people leave a lobby
or I make a lobby that just seems MIA dead not being found by others
as though the lobby does not exist online?
I don't really have issue though doing quick search and what not...
P.S. Lobby Browser would be welcomed!

Another thing it should majority vote that starts a match 3 out of 4

No, the 4th player holding things up is probably AFK. Just kick him instead. Would you rather have the match start and then have that person not contribute? But yeah, lobbies don't fill up if you create them apparently, which is irritating if you want to play with friends but don't have a full group of four.
