 Is this a common problem?  The forums a bit flooded now for obvious reasons so I'm having a hard timefinding something like this, but I just started a female vanguard in coop.  When the game loaded, I saw that Charge was not already bound to a hotkey, and I can't seem to click and drag any powers around to where I want them.  Are we not supposed to be able to move the hotbar powers in coop?  Is there some other way we're supposed to do it?  I'd appreciate any help the vanguard seems pretty broken without a hotkeyed charge!

This happens when you switch characters in the lobby. Restarting your game will help.

I found that out the hard way on a Silver mission where I was just a dead weight Vanguard who couldn't BC, Nova or SW which pretty much left me as almost dead weight at times.
