I don't mind either way, I usually pull out an alien when playing with lower levels to show off a bit. I also don't have the alien equivalent for some classes so I play as human sometimes.
My preference right now would have to be my Salarian Infiltrator.

My favorite character would be my female vanguard, but I am still waiting for my Turian infiltrator and Krogan soldier...

I play as everything. Humans have their advantages. Most notably the ability to bounce around.

The humans do have really great power wheels, but I think a big part of the humans we see are people who didn't unlock other species or unlocked species they don't like that much. =)

I enjoy them while i can because i go nuts when i unlock another race.
The satisfaction of the krogan soldier and asari adept is incredible.

I liked my Human Engineer better than my Quarian Engineer.

I prefer my human female sentinel over my Turian Sentinal. That roll has saved my ass soo many times. Haven't unlocked any others.
Throw is also much more useful than warp if you don't have an adept on your side.

My Human Female Vanguard just feels and plays better than my Drell Vanguard; Shockwave is so much more useful than Pull, IMO.

Pull does have it's advantage though. That advantage being it renders Guardians completley useless and at Trooper level.

I would use my Quarian Engineer... but Overload/Combat Drone > Sentry Turret/Cyro Blast.

A quarian engineer spamming sentry turrent with a human engineer's combat drone to flush out bad guys into the turent's line of fire a an awesome combination though.

Pretty much only play human, due to the powers being better imo. Although, so far, I've only played vanguard, soldier, and a little bit of adept.

I enjoy my human vanguard way more than my drell vanguard.
A vanguard without nova is a sad vanguard indeed.

I only play human characters. Why? Because I'm racist, that's why.

I've found the human engineer to be better than the quarian as far as powers go.

I think everyone here can agree that the Human Engineers are better than the Quarians.

I can't really say I'm enjoying my Human Inflitrator, but that might just be because I'm still waiting to hopefully unlock a Quarian. Or becasue I find Humans to be the most generic and boring of all races no matter what I play, but that's just my thought on the matter. As long as I can get headshots, turn invisible, and find a better hiding spot or get into position to help my team as a race I actually like, I'll be happy.

I'll admit it... I absolutely HATE playing as a human, and I find the fact that I'm forced to be a human until I unlock my favorite race to detract from the real fun I could be having if I was allowed to play as a Turian soldier/sentinel from the start. The only reason I'll play as a human is because I can at least imagine I'm a male Quarian due t othe fact the humans wear helmets that completely cover their heads and distort their voices a little, but aside from that, like I said before, I'm currently forced to play as a human until I unlock an alien.
To sum that all up: Someone who's been waiting for the multiplayer to play online as a Turian with his friends + being forced to play as a human = not the most enjoyable multiplayer experience I've ever had. I'm not saying the multiplayer isn't fun though. I have a blast every time I play with my friends. I just have to look past being forced to play as a human.

Yeah, I love looking like a Might Morphing Power Ranger.
Still waiting to unlock my Disciple of Kaidan.
