No. I'm not a big fan of playing human, but sometimes I must for the sake of a mission. Like human Sentinel for when I'm fighting Reapers(Haven't unlocked Asari yet).

IMO, Human Vanguard, Infiltrator and Engineers do it best. Krogan are the best soldiers and sentinels, and Asari are the godtier adepts.

I'd like Salarian Infiltrator more if they had sticky grenades too, but even then, I'd have to max all three powers basically. QIs...well, Sabotage does great things against Geth. Other than that. Meh.

Granted, this is based on me preferring powers over guns.

Well, I find the Salarian engineer and infiltrator a lot of fun, the Quarian infiltrator as well, and the Asari adept.

But I think my favorite character is a human engineer.

Depends on the class and what I want to use it for. I generally prefer the human vanguard over the drell in the demo but I still haven't unlocked the Asari one so I can't say for sure I guess. Not till I get everything unlocked.

I do enjoy playing as a Human Engineer, because the combat drone is pretty nice.

I absolutely HATE playing as a human, and I find the fact that I'm forced to be a human until I unlock my favorite race to detract from the real fun I could be having if I was allowed to play as a Turian soldier/sentinel from the start. The only reason I'll play as a human is because I can at least imagine I'm a male Quarian due t othe fact the humans wear helmets that completely cover their heads and distort their voices a little, but aside from that, like I said before, I'm currently forced to play as a human until I unlock an alien.

To sum that all up: Someone who's been waiting for the multiplayer to play online as a Turian with his friends + being forced to play as a human = not the most enjoyable multiplayer experience I've ever had. I'm not saying the multiplayer isn't fun though. I have a blast every time I play with my friends. I just have to look past being forced to play as a human.

My starter pack had a Turian Soldier in it.

Personally I play as humans and aliens it just depends. Obviously Salarian Engineer is a better aggro puller thanks to decoy over turret or combat. But Quarian engineer has better support with cryo and incinerate for frost aoe. Or Turret and cryo to keep freezing enemies for teammates. And Human engineer has a master defense stripper. Just preference playstyle and of course teammates that should dictate what to use...

That said I love turians they are so cool!

I like the look of the human [male] Soldier's armor (same as the Vanguard's, no?), so I often just play that. I'd play a Krogan soldier though if I had the character.

I unlocked the Asari adept in the demo, but I didn't like how she looked, even if she was like god among the mortals powerwise.

So I played a human sentinel, and sticked with him in the main game.

Prefer them on all of the classes except Adept and Soldier.

I do actually kind of like playing human sentinel and soldier, but I do it mostly because of the character build. The dodge rolls are dramatically better, though, and more than make up for the small loss in shields compared to other classes. That difference does almost nothing in gold, anyway. Everything usually just strips your entire shield in 1-2 hits regardless of what you play.

I play what I play for the skill/weapon combo builds, though.  Human infiltrators are always going to be supbar compared to salarian.  Human adepts are pretty garbo compared to asari.  Turian sentinel may as well be a completely different class than human sentinel (which is not to say human sentinels are bad - it's just a totally different playstyle, combat role and overall experience).

Human engineer, reporting in.

By far my favourite class in the game, and if in a group of 4, just brutal in taking down just about anything by chaining overloads or spamming incinerates and using drones to control the battlefield. Quarians can eff off back to fixing the Migrant Fleet and salarians are better in the lab than in the field.

With an Engineer I like the humans over the other races available. But generally many of the other classes, the aliens for me have a more suitable skillset for my playstyle

My oddity is my human soldier, whom I prefer over my unlocked aliens. I just seem to have more fun playing him.

I'll also take my engineer out for a spin if I'm burned out on salarians. Other than those two, I don't touch the humans.

I enjoy playing as the Human Engineer, spamming Combat Drone and Overload is so fun and also finishing everything off with my ?Phalnax? pistol.
