So when my friend and I want to play a game, we form a party. We want to get into a game with four total people, but I've never seen a single person join our match if we start a public match. So our current strategy is to each hit quick match until we find a random game with 3 people and whoever finds it first invites the other person.
There's got to be a better way.
Most other games put you in a party lobby on screen and you can queue up at the same time, and it will put you in a game with enough space for both of you. Is there any feature like this in ME3?

I'm right with you on this man. Me and my friend have the same problem and were usuing the same solution, but that meant going into, then immediately backing out of lobbies for a solid ten to thirty minutes. And there are the times I join a server with an open slot (which the game says is public) but can't invite my buddy and he can't join my session in progress.
We've also sat in our own lobbies for extended periods of time waiting for anyone to join, but no one ever has.
A party-up system of some variety would be beneficial for us guys who want to play with friends.

My husband and I were duoing everything, but decided to play with some random folks tonight. Apparently, that's impossible if we still want to play together. It's a very outdated system and it makes me reconsider not buying two copies of ME3 when it releases.
