Hello today when I played multiplayer it happend to me that when I got killed I fall into the ground when I was revived.
The only thing i could do is to quit the challange. I think it would be a good idea to add suicide button in game so if similar thing happens players can respawn in next round.
Did this happend to anyone else?

It happened to a squad member in one of my matches today. We had all died except for them and they fell out of map while the hack countdown was still going. We waited watching the glitchy screen until a phantom found them somehow and ended it.

I had this happen to me as well. We were on Fire Base White around the back when I was killed. I then went through an odd cycle of being revived when no one was there and I fell through the map, twitching all over, but slowly falling further down. I was randomly being damaged with my shields going up and down rapidly.

I got launched halfway through the ground when someone revived me so it looked like they were dancing.

This also just happened to me, roughly 8:40 PM Pacific Time, 2012 FEB 18. I keep getting killed but my character auto revives immediately.

Today while I was playing it happend to me that i lost control of my weapons and powers. I just could zoom but I couldn't fire weapons or powers also when I was changing (swap) weapons it didn't show standard animation like pulling weapons from back but it was just like teleport swap (it would be good cheat for multiplayer game ). Problem is solved when I died and was spawned again.
Lucky i don't have more encounters with Fall into ground thing

 This happens to me usually 1 out of 3 matches.  It really stinks b/c it usually glitches in the upper waves.

happened to me yesterday while playing as a vanguard
tried using biotic charge on a target that was within line of sight
ended up above the map but thankfully it was on the last wave
