Ok, at first I thought it was just me and maybe charge was being goofy. But it's happening a LOT now, especially when I die or when I take cover then die then get ressed. Sometimes the issue corrects itself if I am able to charge to another target, other times I get stuck "walking" on top (or beneath) of the world and being out of sync with the environment. Sometimes I am stuck in the same spot for the entire rest of the match. The world basically starts to.. stutter, my character starts to phase from one spot to another, sometimes able to move and sometimes not.

Is anyone else having this problem? Is it an issue with charge not putting the character in the right position or is it an internet issue and the game is having a hard time registering where my character is at any given time? It's really frustrating to die because your character is stuck and even more frustrating when someone revives you and you die right away afterwards. I feel like I'm letting my team-mates down a lot because of it. If there are any helpful solutions out there, I'm more than open to trying them (so long as they aren't "Stop playing Vanguard!" suggestions).

I just wanted to let you know that we are currently investigating this issue. If you have any additional information on what exactly you're charging (platform height transitions/near railings or any other sort of geometry). If you have a spot where you find this is more common please let us know as well. Thanks!

I just ran into this same issue tonight on three separate occasions. From what I can tell, it seems to happen whenever I charge right as I die. The charge goes through, throwing the camera forward and giving off the effect, but my body stays in its original position. After that my character has a noticeable bob as they walk until it becomes so drastic I start walking over objects and eventually into the ceiling and floor. It's happened on both maps, and doesn't seem to depend on where I am at the time. Nothing seems to correct the issue either, outside of quitting or waiting for the match to end.

Edit: It also might be worth mentioning that the NPCs don't seem to register me being out of place. Even when I'm entirely under the map, I can still get shot and killed.  Dying also puts my body within reach of my teammates, so it seems I'm only out of place on my end.

From memory (will try a few more rounds tonight to keep track of when it occurs), it mostly happens when I am in cover, or rather just about to move into/out of cover.

However, there are times just walking around the map (usually after a "storm") where the entire world stutters around, this I assume is a result of lag and usually clears up if I stay in one spot for a few seconds.

I definitely notice issues while charging at the same time as death that Focant has experienced but my biggest grievance has been the random repositioning of my character after a successful charge when she hasn't been close to dieing.

Thanks for keeping an eye on the bugs, I'll try to give more detailed feedback as I can. Curious if any non-Vanguards have had this sort of issue too.

Ok going to update this post as each incident occcurs (and will try to get capture some on Fraps):

Firebase Ghost:

- At a doorframe charging to a target visibile through where the door would be, caused stuttering and phasing back and forth for awhile but cleared up after not moving for a few seconds once target was dead

- The L-shaped concrete blocks in the "middle" of the area have caused lots of issues while charging from cover, these often cause me to bug out and my character shifts from being in cover behind them to being some where else, any time my character phases through these objects there is usually some stuttering going on afterwards

- This was an oddity that didn't involve charging: using the cover behind the railings near where the cars are all parked and aiming at a turret on the other side of the stairs triggered a fall-through-the-world effect, wasn't actually in cover but about to go into it and take a few shots at the turret and was stuck for the rest of the match (sorry team-mates!) falling through and sometimes above the map

- Fairly sure this is the result of a bad connection to the host since there was mild stuttering before falling through but here's a description anyway: randomly walking through a room looking for something to shoot and fell through, the difference being that this resulted in an eventual freeze up (first time experiencing that) and I was still revivable by team-mates despite being frozen on my screen. Image here. No Fraps sadly, though this one felt very random and unconnected to the charge issue altogether. Was unable to claim rewards at the end of the successful mission when this occurred (stuck on loading..) so this further reinforces the idea that the connection was bad and was perhaps lost towards the end of the match.

From what I can gather so far, there is zero issues with charging in the open (railings and other more or less open objects are a non-issue) it's only when solid cover is a variable that things can sometimes get hairy.

Happened to my wife's character as well. She got to sit on the ground for 5 waves . . . she got "shifted" and was vibrating up and down after a rez and charge, and then she eventually just fell off the map when she got too close and the vibrations took her over the edge.

This **** is happening to me too just now. I'm playing as a soldier. I got rezzed at the end of the wave and am falling through the world constantly. My team is going to lose =(

The glitch occurs when you charge while dead.

The server and client are out of sync slightly(lag?) and you have to have pressed the charge right when you die and the server thinks you are dead but your client still does not know this. I then believe the server and client cannot agree where your characters true position is and the discrepancy only gets worse with time until you are floating way above or below the battlefield on your client but the server shows other players your position normally on ground near them.

I use an infiltrator (not charging then) and sometimes it happens to me too.
I run me3 on a core i5 2500k (clocked at 4.4ghz), 8gb ram, ati sapphire hd 5770, the game is installed on a intel ssd.

I saw this happen someone else once. They ended up stuck in the world from the waste down, even though they could move around. And then during the evacuation phase, he just kept on falling through the floor, dieing, and reviving constantly until the timer ran out. It was hilarious but also very weird.

I've had the vibrating followed by falling off the world a couple times now, and I also just fell through the world without the vibrating, which was a first.

Can't remember who I was playing the past times, but it's definitely not just Vanguards. This most recent one I was a Salarian Infiltrator.

Happens to me sometimes if the server is lagging. What usually happens is I will run towards impassable terrain (table, etc) then turn to go around it but the game lags and continues me in my original direction when it 'resyncs' I am standing on the impassable terrain and can't get off.

Then the fun times start. You can start flying up or down, get killed in weird places or get shot from strange angles.

I can repro this fairly consistently. If I'm killed in the process of a charge (frex, the charge goes off right after I die), I am guaranteed to have very buggy positional issues after I come back into play. This can range from "jitter" where I don't seem to sit still well, to suddenly becoming a flying vanguard who clips off the map, into the stratosphere.

I got killed near the end of a wave on firebase white and was autorevived when the wave was finished, promptly started plumeting through the world with no way to correct it. Also on a unrelated note: Jumping down ladders often gets me 'hung up' for a moment and is damn annoying because while im stuck for those 2-3 seconds im a sitting duck.

Hasn't happened to me, but I did see someone fall through the world in firebase white. It happened near the far end of the lower portion of the map just inside the building. They died and fell through the world before I could get to them to ressurect. I don't recall exactly what class they were but I don't think it was vanguard.
