Multiplayer (PC) - Game is Full/Unable to connect to friends game - PC Technical Support

This is really irritating... but a lot of people myself included are having trouble joining people's games.
I would meet someone on ME3 Multiplayer.. we'd play fine together for a few hours... I add them to Origins friends list.
and we continue to play.

The next day or several hours later one of us try to host a game and none of us can seem to be able to join each others game. We keep getting the error (The game is full.) or (Unable to connect to friends game.) even if the game is empty.

So... for example:

Player ABCD all had fun playing online for several hours... Player A was the host..
The next day...

Player A - Host
Player B - Unable to connect to friends game.
Player C - Game is full.
Player D - Joins the game....

Afterwards we try...

Player D - Host
Player A - Joins
Player B - Joins
Player C - Unable to connect to friends game.

and then...

Player C - Hosts
Player A - Game is full.
Player B - Joins
Player D - Game is full.

Just when you think you find a winning combo.. it only works for a few hours then later on it doesn't work again.. What is going on!

Well since friday I have not been able to get into a game that last long than 5-10mins. Most of the time I start a lobby and end up playing 3-5 waves solo before I d/c or die.

Yeah, we have been trying to do quick matches and join, but for some reason it is only the join friend that is messed up... One time a couple of us were on and quick matched, got into the same room first guy was random and host, we were the second and third, and then a fourth joined.

Just wanted to add that I've encountered this problem yesterday.

I tried to host a Private match and my friend couldn't join ("Unable to connect to friend's game").

Then he tried to host a Private match, and I couldn't join. I tried accepting the invitation. I tried "Join game" from Origin and still couldn't.

We then joined Public matches separately. When there was someone who dropped off from his game, he invited me to join his game. I got the message that the Game is full, even when it wasn't.

I restarted the demo twice and finally it worked (joined the Public match that he was in). Not sure why, nor what kind of random voodoo happened, but it was pretty annoying.

I get this constantly and with the same friends over and over. The only way I have to play with some of my friends is with a third serving as host.

Me and my two friends have a funny situation. We have players ABC. When A hosts, both B and C can connect without trouble every time. But if B tries to host, C can't connect and when C hosts, B can't connect but A can connect to both without trouble.
It has worked like this since the beginning, but the funny thing is that it miraculously worked perfectly the day before yesterday (on the 28th). I don't know what happened that day but any of us could be the host and everyone could connect without problems.

Oh, and has anyone else had the problem that when you change your character, all the skills disappear from the quick slots? That happens to us almost every time... We have to exit the lobby change character and then join back. I've tried dragging them back up there and pushing 1,2 etc. over the skills when you bring them up with Shift, but it doesn't work. Exit Lobby and then joining back in has been the sure fix so far, but it is annoying especially if you are the host, since everyone gets kicked out.
