sorry if this has already been asked and answered, but i can find my answer via searching for it. So i was wondering, after making a character on the character editor, how will i transfer it into the main game once its released? Do i just upload them to my account here and then when i have the game login to my account in the game? (just curious)

For PC, the game will see the character file.

For console, SOL.



Uploading is currently only for getting the lucky ring and avatars, which is tied to the account, not the uploaded characters.

Just to expand on what Taleroth said, the PC version will see any char you've made with the CC on your computer (provided you don't move them from where it saves them). It doesn't matter if you upload them to the site, as the file that contains the important info on slider settings and all that isn't uploaded to the site.

Characters cannot being moved to the console versions. You will have to recreate them on the consoles.

The ring for uploading a char is tied to your EA account, so as long as you sign into your EA account on the consoles (and PC), you will get the ring.
