Just a question, as I'd have to assume the multiplayer demo will end sometime before the game's release. When will this be? I've looked everywhere and can't figure it out.

It won't end, to my knowledge. It'll just lose all its players over time.

I think they're shutting the demo servers for multiplayer the day before ME3 comes out.

I read somewhere that the multiplayer will shut down on the day before release, and the single player will become unavailable for download a few months after release.

Which means the Europeans will have to be without multiplayer for about 4 days before their version comes out.

Probably close to the day the game comes out they will shut off the multiplayer servers.
Even if they do leave the demo multiplayer servers on I think there would only be a small amount of people left playing it.
