Yeah, if i want the item description available in English, Russian and French language, how i make the game know what language to use, and where i have to write the translates ?

I don't know if it is the right way to do it, but it works for me :
Go to tools -> options -> General
Set "Foreign Tlk table to export" to something else than english.
Export -> Export Foreign Talk Table
It is going to create a talk table relative to the non English language you choose. Then, locate the created file on your disk and open it with Toolset. My modifications by hand th change string into the language you have chosen.
English talk tables have _en-us at the end. French ones have _fr-fr and so on. The game will load the talk table corresponding to the language of the game.
