Okay, I LOVE! How a lot of people are giving really awsome feedback but I also hate how a lot of morons are going on and on about the flaws of multiplayer.

1) The game is REALLY balanced as is. If ANYTHING is overpowered its statis.
And if anything is UNDERPOWERED it would be SMGs and the Drell barrier life.

2) The whole getting random stuff.... makes the game SO MUCH MORE FUN! Seriously, stop ****ing about it. I am sure Bioware went over many other types of systems before putting this one in and realized that THIS... THIS ONE RIGHT HERE was by far the most fun and addictiing. Its basicly gambling which makes it fun. Yes, I do get mad at the fact I do not get what I want and get screwed when I buy a ton of veteran packs and only get human crap. But, I am firm to believe that this setup will keep me playing longer than going after and maxing my levels on every character.

3) For everyone who either complained or nagged Bioware or is still going on about how multiplayer will ruin this game.... STOP PLAYING IT. Seriously people, this is by far the most addictive multiplayer co-op experience tied into a game I have ever played. Yes that is an opinion and I am sure it differs from some or even most of you guys but that is my outlook on it.

Overall.
The random race unlock... actually ADDS to the game feel. I do not want to see everyone rocking Korgans or Asari when the game hits because the multiplayer is suppose to reflect the main story line of EVERY race trying to take back the entire galaxy. A lot of you guys can not see that and proves you really shouldn't be playing multiplayer without going through the story or should at the very least understand the entire galaxy is in this together.
Before you go on about how at somepoint you will get in a game where everyone is the same race... but my point is when the game hits, the feel of everyone being human to me in the demo, was amazing then slowly started to see other races felt like the other races were just late the help and humans were the first on the scene. I LOVED THAT.

Anyway, the only thing people should really have a right to complain about I believe, is how you can't transfer items from demo to main game but most of us accepted that before we even played the demo.

In short all I am really saying. Is.....
Bioware.... you did an amazing job. :D

No the random unlocks are a bad game design(by trying to be too UNIQUE) the races can still be locked but want all my hours to worth something, not hoping for the thing I want.

No it is not a bad game design at all. Pokemon did that **** and I still believe that they are one of THE most bought game series around. So seriously, if you are going to sit there and nag and nag about that random system..... don't play multiplayer at all.

But seriously.... stop complaining about it... I have EVERY weapon and only missing 1 character unlock that is in the demo.... so seriously.... the game has been out since Tuesday.... seriously.... stop complaining. -_-

On another note, every weapon is also at level X (10) along with most of my attachments being at level V (5).
So I mean, I believe I can rightfully say more about the random system and carry more weight with my arguement than you.

When did Mass effect become Pokemom? I guess ME2 can Kinda count, but with ME3 MP there is nothing to look forward to because it's all random at, least in COD I can grind to the weapon I want instead of prying I get it. (And when ME3 launches i bet there will be ALOT of " why is the store system so stupid)

Oh my god, thank you! One person who has the same opinion as me. I think bioware did a great job & i'm fed up with seeing whiners.

Oh look...its another person who decides they are so important that they absolutely MUST make their own thread to critique the game, even though they are bringing up topics that have been discussed ad nauseum in countless other threads, while completely ignoring the stickied threads made by devs specifically FOR demo thoughts/impressions/critiques.

Arent you special.

I agree with most of your points, and I don't mind the random thing, but I feel it should be changed a bit.

If anything the Recruitment packs make the grinding for credits worth while. Sure, I have unnecessary shotgun upgrades, as shotguns suck all around, and sure I haven't got the Krogan Soldier. But oh well, it's fun not knowing.

It's like when you grind for ten hours to get that rare dagger off of that gnoll in Redridge. Sheesh, Kids these days just don't know what good grinding is. I blame call of duty, it's a bad influence on gaming in general.

Seriously.... did you NOT read the point I made that having EVERYTHING unlocked at the get go will actually RUIN the experience. If you want a Korgan of a Turtian just play the damn multiplayer enough and unlock one. Don't come on here and cry about how you can't have it right away....

I mean seriously you are acting like a child who DEMANDED a car once they turned 16.... sit back... enjoy life... work for it. -_- Won't get anywhere if you are pouring your eyes out and not working for it. Hell, if you invested HALF the time I did on the game you wouldnt  really be crying about not having stuff.

Your analogy is faulty.

The unlocks are random. So it would be as if you WORKED hard for a car, and the dealership had you pull a number out of a hat...and congrats, instead of that car you wanted, here is a horse, a lugnut, a gallon of gas and a set of jumper cables.

When did I say I want everything Unlocked at the get go? the thing is I CAN"T work to what I want because I have to put my money on black 12 only for the die to land on red 23. this is going to kill the MP fast, I mean why do I get the human male soldier 9 times in in eight hours(along with useless garbage I doen't need) when I want to play a drell?

Also why is my text so wierd

No... if we use your type of working hard and dealership made you choose a random number.
I am pretty sure that it would be something WORTH what you just spent. Instead, you are sitting here crying aobut spending 20k (which by the way if you actually were a decent player and went to silver you'd get 37k so you'd be close to buying two in 25 mins easy) and getting nothing but scrap metal and bolts instead of some type of car.

Like I said, the system is not flawed, you are. So please just stop complaining if you don't like the game man.... just put it down and don't play it. I am saying this in the most LOVING!, BROTHERLY!, AND RESPECTFUL! way right now.

I mean how hard is it to just simply put up with the system? Is it really THAT big of a deal for you to come on the forum and whine about it..... Jesus -_-

First of all skippy, "I" am not crying or complaining about anything. i actually like the random unlocks. I was merely pointing out the flaw in your analogy. Actually...i was complaining about you making another redundant thread, but that is neither here nor there.

Secondly, Since people WANT and are willing to WORK for character unlocks, and alot of packs only unlock mods and a weapon (no characters), then how is that equivalent to working hard for something of value, when they obviously value a new character class much more then "Tempest unlock #6?"

Here's a solution.  I'll write it out in very descriptive steps so even you can follow along.

Step 1.  Play.
Step 2.  Unlock.

Hope this has been helpful to your Mass Effect 3 multiplayer demo gameplay.

The problem for me is that it has stopped unlocking new things for me.  I have a fully maxed infiltrator: level 20 and full customizations options.  The game keeps giving me character upgrades for it.  Its driving me up the wall.

I need for you to simplify it more for my feeble brain, oh mighty one. I got the first step down but unlocking stuff I want or need is kind of a problem with all the random stuff envolved.

Is this because you're still going for recruit packs?
not to mention this is a demo, not everything is available for unlock in this demo. If you're constantly getting repeats it's because nothing else (new) is available in that particular pack

First off, you are forgetting this demo has about 1/3 of the games weapons along with 12 characters that you can't even get in the demo. So If you factor that in.... along with the fact that once you max out a weapon or an attachment you will NEVER get them again..... AND also the fact that there will be more than just veteran packs which will probably even FURTHER your chances of getting a new character or gold weapon... you would realize that this system is perfectly fine the way it is and that you are complaining about the system without using your brain to understand that you get what you payed for....

Here is another reason to further explain my point.
You litterly.... will get rocked on gold nearly every time without equipment like cyro rounds lvl 2 or asassult rifle amp lvl 2.... and med-gel and etc. that you get all the time out of those packs. So you really are not just wasting your money when you dont get that character you been wanting.

Also this conversation with this system with you is like playing chess with a pigeon, no matter how good I am at chess, the pigeon is just going to knock over the pieces, crap on the board and strut around like it's victorious.

*involved.    And like I replied a second ago, not everything is even un-lockable in the demo.  But if you're one of the people who doesn't like to gamble a little I can understand how the unlock system is a turn off.  Ultimately though, the more you play the more you'll unlock.  And you're inevitably going to unlock everything, so either keep playing, or make this unlock system a big enough deal so that you stop playing.  And if you choose the latter, please do it silently.

Of the samething I got the human male soldier 9 times in about eight hours. Thankfully I got my asari adapt quite early on so atleast I had fun playing the class I want, but it must be frustrating for people to have put more hours then I have to only to get weapon mods and other useless stuff.

Yeah, but then when you've got your weapon and class in the first 20 minutes, and leveled them to max in the space of 3 hours, then what? You can't start your characters again (you get a level 20 soldier, that's it, no more levelling soldiers) so you've essentially run out of things to do in CoD you level your weapon but what happens when you level it to max? You run out of things to do. Thus, to keep game life longer than it could be, Bioware have introduced this card-game-esque method of recieving new items.
