No the random unlocks are a bad game design(by trying to be too UNIQUE) the races can still be locked but want all my hours to worth something, not hoping for the thing I want.

No it is not a bad game design at all. Pokemon did that **** and I still believe that they are one of THE most bought game series around. So seriously, if you are going to sit there and nag and nag about that random system..... don't play multiplayer at all.

But seriously.... stop complaining about it... I have EVERY weapon and only missing 1 character unlock that is in the demo.... so seriously.... the game has been out since Tuesday.... seriously.... stop complaining. -_-

On another note, every weapon is also at level X (10) along with most of my attachments being at level V (5).
So I mean, I believe I can rightfully say more about the random system and carry more weight with my arguement than you.

Haha ha.  Pokemon wasn't a crapshoot at all.  There are certain regions where you get certain types of pokemon and while it's still random to a certain extent, there was a certain level of player control into it.

When did Mass effect become Pokemom? I guess ME2 can Kinda count, but with ME3 MP there is nothing to look forward to because it's all random at, least in COD I can grind to the weapon I want instead of prying I get it. (And when ME3 launches i bet there will be ALOT of " why is the store system so stupid)

Yeah, but then when you've got your weapon and class in the first 20 minutes, and leveled them to max in the space of 3 hours, then what? You can't start your characters again (you get a level 20 soldier, that's it, no more levelling soldiers) so you've essentially run out of things to do in CoD you level your weapon but what happens when you level it to max? You run out of things to do. Thus, to keep game life longer than it could be, Bioware have introduced this card-game-esque method of recieving new items.

Not really in COD I can play for hours with my shotgun because I'm having fun, what's not fun is buying 30 Vet Packages to only get human male soilder 9 times and a bunch of useless weapon mods.

All this whinning about the random loot just show how spoiled players are these days.
It's supposed to be hard to unlock. It's supposed to be hard to get. Like many things in life, you'll have to work hard to get it. The system is great because it makes it very hard to get what you want.
If you can't deal with it, go play something else.

Bull****.  Then how can a rank 1 get it while someone who literally has put days into the game not?  That's not work at all.  That's pure luck.

This game allows to to promote charactesr after lvl 20.
Just letting you know... :P Also like I said this is a demo! There is litterly twice as much weapons in the real game along with 12 more character that you can not get in the demo. Right now the demo only supports very few weapons and 1 human m/f + 1 other race for each class type.

Spoiled? you mean spending a 100 hours into the game and still not get what I'm looking forward to play, but someone getting it as a starter pack isn't, People are whinning because it's ridiculous.

100 hours? Well, keep trying. If you want to play with it.
Still no one is entitled to have whatever they want, even if someone else got it on the starter pack.

Now I would I want to keep playing when I can't have fun with the thing I want and there is no way to gradually work to what I want But instead is based on pure luck. the MP is going to be dead Because people will not have fun getting what/how they want to play.

I think they really screwed up the SMGs to be fair. I tried it once and now avoid it like the plague lol. It's a water pistol. Why couldn't they just make it fast fire rate with low damage?

I have fun playing the game. If you can only have fun if you have a specific race, class and weapon then just don't play multiplayer. It's not like the game is focused on it anyway.
If you still want to play the multiplayer, you get a chance of getting the stuff you want, the same chance as everyone else. You just need to work for it.

You just need to work for it.

There is no work involed, and i'm having a blast playing as my asari adapt you know...something I actually want to play as. but that still doesn't stop the unlock system from being absolutely stupid.(and if enough people make a noise the faster bioware will fix it)

There is work involved. Undefined amount of work, but there is. It is possible (and even probable given enough time) to unlock anything as long as you put the necessary (undefined) hours of gameplay into it.

And we're what? 3 weeks from launch? They most likely won't change it. I think the more noise people make, the more EA will want to make microtransactions for it.

I don't think that is true.  First of all peoples idea of what they want might change if they open their minds enough to try some of the things they unlock, I was looking forward to Krogan Solider before I started playing, got it only after levelling Human Vanguard and Salarian Infiltrator up to 20 and buying tons of vet packs.

After I played Krogan I found I was happier with the Vanguard and Infiltrator, two classes I'd never played before but was 'forced' to by the game mechanics.  Thus I have been playing a lot for the last few days, thus been available to play with others and keeping multiplayer alive.

Had I simply chosen Krogan at the start or got it soon by working towards it, I might have tried it and not enjoyed it, then felt I'd wasted time unlocking it and not experienced any other classes, leading me to conlcude the game was not as much fun.

Before getting that coveted Krogan, sometimes I forgot I was trying to unlock something, and played 4 rounds on the trot without remebering to buy more packs,  this is the point - just enjoy the game, work with what you have, try new things, build different characters up.

The store system is wrong. That's not a store. That's a casino where you pay to throw a few dices and hope you got a jackpot.

They should've implement both a normal store and this type of random jackpot. That will be the ultimate solution.
