The question is the topic title. Will all this time spent on the demo
multiplayer be transferable to the full game when it is released? Or are
we all just having a whole lot of fun and will be getting to repeat it
in March?

There have been many posts with this question, and the answer in them all is no. Demo characters will be not be moved to the full game...
so, yes we have been having lots of fun, but yes, we will have to do it again. It is only a demo.
