It doesn't seem to do much damage, at least that I can see.

Absolutely not. As a Krogan, I always toss one into a group of enemies when they surge around a corner. The amount of kills from it I get once I retreat is phenomenal.
Considering it can kill a completely healthy enemy, it must do more damage than Incinerate.

I found it pretty useful, gets enemies out of cover sometimes and lets you get free pot-shots. Also, hits a good area so you'll likely get assist points for any enemy your opponent picks off.

Radius, or damage? What's the best route? I don't know which way to go with the Krogan (melee oriented).

They are to me. I've never managed to kill anyone with them. They don't even work vs guardians. they are pretty dissapointing.

The Inferno Grenade is devastating. I drop it into large groups and the kills just pile on incredibly fast.

I guess I need to play with them a bit more. For some reason they seem weak as farts, making 1-2 bar damage to enemies.

They are quite powerful, but deal damage over time as opposed to damage right away, and so won't work for everyone.

To make the grenade get the best bang for buck, you have to keep a foe in the area, and where a good smg, or assault rifle works well. Two can decimate even high shield enemies, and the other, is that it forces entrenched foes to move, its a great way to get a target to move from an entrenched spot, such as an engineer healing the atlas, or his sentry. Or those irking nemesis that love to target you charging about.

That's a shame because the enemies do move a lot, and usualy if I'm firing at them, chances are they are most likely dead already. Atlas might be good target for these grenades thou.
