Dear Bioware,

I found a problem with the demo. After the child playing with his toy scene the screen blacks out, so i blindly select through the first two dialouge option. Then it displays again after Shepard is enroute to the court. Later I found out that this can be solved by minimizing the game and maximizing it even before it blacks out. I hope that this problem will be fixed as soon as possible and does not appear in the actual game. And if this problem has already fixed you can foward it to me.

Sincerely,
A gamer.

Who can "forward" what? This is a game player's self-help zone. No one here will send you any eMails. We cannot make any attempt to help with no useful input.

Processor Speed:  ?.? Ghz
Operating System / Service Pack: WindowsXP with SP #?, Win7, Vista ?
System RAM: ? ? GBs (MBs, if less than 1024 ? )

Video Card Model: (examples) Radeon HD 6670 / Geforce GTS 450
Video Card Driver Version: Catalyst ?.? / Nforce ??.??
. . (please use the numbers, and dates, *not* the word "latest")
Video display's default screen resolution
Video Card onboard RAM: ? ? ? MBs

(And this is only for the raw hardware & driver variations.  Potential software conflicts are far more likely to be game play problems, and developers cannot test for all possible program loads.)

Have you tried updating your drivers? Sounds like a graphical issue. If you have, we'll need a bit more info if you want any help to figure out what the problem is.
