This game has no server browser so you can't know what ping it will be when you join any game.

So, let's say that you equip items(which last for one mission) and join games with gamebreaking lag, you know the kind where everything skips, is inconsistent and there is no point in playing it. So, of course you have to quit the mission to not waste time on broken gameplay.

Does that mean that lag will render equipment feature meaningless?

I believe so.

Doesn't seem to matter if you leave or finish the mission, it will remove that upgrade unit from your available list.

Which is pretty appalling, you should lose the items only if you get the message "mission failure" or "mission accomplished". That should be the only factor in counting and registering.

I lost a few ammo upgrades today with 3 different hosts quitting/getting disconnecting. Bit of a pain for sure.

Don't waste your 1-use upgrades on games full of randoms?

This distinction is irrelevant for 99% of the people who play any game online.

?

I'm saying only use epuipment if you know your team is reliable.

Like if you play a few games with the same 4 people in a row, use your epuipment.

Otherwise don't.

Hydralisk, there is really no need to make excuses here since the solution for this is quite simple as stated in the 4th post.

Do you realize what you are doing?
