I have the same issues with FXAA.
Got it going. SMAA apperently was the issue. Oh and to update I LOVE THE COLOR MOD! *JOYGASM*

/EDIT - Yep, With Origin 9.0 the Game is crashing at the "Press any Key" Screen. =(

I was having the same problem. The game would load up fine, still had the mod text in the top left corner and sound.
Turned out it was my NVIDIA control panel overrides conflicting with it. I set it back to 'let the 3d application decide' setting and it was fine.

As it states in the readme - DON'T FORGET TO DISABLE ORIGIN IN GAME, there, that fixed it.

edit: crap, yeah the origin 9 beta completely breaks this mod.
WELL I guess I should start looking for a workaround. In the meantime, I guess if you really want to use the mod you will have to downgrade origin to 8.1.xxxx (the current stable release).

to make sure it was the cinema mod that crashed the game, I uninstalled the game, redownloaded it entirely, still won't fix, uninstalled, deleted the ENTIRE ME3 folder (which had leftover backup coalesced.ini files as well as the cinema mod and anything else I've modded) ... didn't crash...
installed both, crash
deleted coalesced.ini files, still crash
uninstalled cinema mod, re copied coalesced.ini, worked...

I allowed myself to do a test using this mod on other games that have the UE3 like Alice Madness or Spec Op and it works perfectly
