Anyone that is using the FXAA tool, will get an instant crash after the latest Origin update. It's the IGO32.dll file that is causing this. Simply rename it, and problem is solved.

Exit out of Origin completely (kill process). Navigate to Origin's Install location. Rename IGO32.dll to IGO32.dll.disable. Now restart Origin, and launch ME3. You shouldn't get an instant crash now.

Thanks so much for this fix (works perfectly for me)! I hadn't checked this thread in a few weeks, but thanks to everyone for keeping it alive.
Thanks @all for the feedback - For those of you who are having brightness issues - try adjusting in-game (I will try to address this as best I can in the next update, since it seems like a widespread complaint).
It sounds like people want an ENB for ME1 as well, so I guess that will come with the next version. Thanks for keeping this thread alive in my absence.
Ciao!

Thank you. It works like a charm.

Can you post it here also, instead of just in a PM? I'd like to know as well, I'm sure others would too.

Thirded!

Worked a bit on ME1 today (reinstalled it, dug up my old saves). I'm actually not sure what to do - I'm a fan of ME1's art style already so I'm still trying to figure out where to take the ENB.
Right now, it adds a hint of red to neutralize the blue, and increases contrast and saturation. I'm going to play around with it a bit until I get something distinct from the original game, but not too different.

Woah, why does your ME1 textures look so detailed compared to mine? Especially that Garrus and Wrex screenshot. Their armour looks very detailed. Did it always looking like that, or is that a mod?
Nope - it's just the stock textures. The ENB has a sharpen effect that makes textures look sharper, even though they are low-res

Well, if you don't mind then, could you PM it to me? I'd really appreciate it.

If anyone else was wondering, the "fix" for the super blue overlay in ME3 is similar to a fix used in ME2. Just add DepthofField=False to your gamersettings.ini file in Documents\\BioWare\\Mass Effect 3\\BIOGame\\Config.
