Been trying to buy 1600 points but every time i enter my card details it says error has occured try again later and i don't get why, iv tried more than one card and all my cards work fine and details are correct so i dont get it, also, i can't seem to find a support thing on this site that works...wtf

I was able to buy points by going to social.bioware.com/page/me2-dlc and selecting the DLC I wanted, it then took me to a page that could buy BioWare points. It looked a little different but had my stored payment options.

There appears to be some minor confusion.
Unless something has changed, Treehouse has nothing to do with BioWare points. This forum is for support of BioWare branded product, sold via Treehouse Brands, at http://biowarestore.com/.
For Points issues, you would likely need to contact EA support. Treehouse cannot help you with BioWare points issues.
