So I've been enjoying the multiplayer on my sentinel for quite some time now (Level 17 or so) and so I thought I'd give the soldier a try (seeing as I have patterns unlocked on him, and I really like the armor customization ).

So, I got into a game, and then found out that I only had Adrenaline Shot bound to 1, and everything else was unbound. I then tried to drag the other powers like concussive shot to the power tray, without success.

Is there something I'm missing here? I looked through the options, and I didn't see any way to lock/unlock the tray, move the powers or anything like that. I even tried different ways to move the powers and I can't for the life of me figure out how to move them. Having to click everything is also pain in the ass, since your character stops when you hold shift to bring up the menu...

TL;DR - Topic title. Sorry if this is something obvious and I'm just blind :S

Its a bug. restart the game and it should be fixed
