It did feel a bit random, and disjointed jumping from the little girl to the warzone. The last scene with the charging army behind John and Ash looked really good. The last 15-20 secs are what the trailer did best. The rest feels messy, especially with an overused song. They might as well have used Requiem for a dream.

I think the issue is that marketing will want to spam that commercial in the coming weeks and if they make it too gruesome a lot of network timeslots are going to tell them no.

It was ok. Would have liked to have seen other characters besides Ashley. I like her, but she's been about the only character we've seen in practically all the ME3 trailers.
