If you mean resurrected an "old" thread, then yes. Did a google search.
Besides the insane rate these forums move, anything older than 30 minutes can be considered pretty much "dead" anyway. : )

Id take my carnifex over a phalanx any day, depending on how you spec it will outright kill enemies when aiming for the head on silver. ROF is meaningless if you dont need the second bullet and IMO its accurate enough for everything but mailslotting at longer ranges, but thats soon sorted if you use either a scope or the AP mod
