Nowhere near everything...especially not when including the content from the full game.

I'm sure someone is ludicrously close though...pity really that we lose everything when the full game is released.

Though that said, maybe my luck with unlocks will change in the full release!

Whoa, you unlocked the male and female versions of each class too? You been lucky. I haven't got either of them. All I get is some stupid weapon upgrade unlocks. That's about it.

im missing the locust and the hornet. got pretty much everything else on the maximum level, except the widow, the carnifex, the claymore and the revenant.

Is the human male Vanguard and Infiltrator unlockable in the demo?

 nice, I still need a salarian, turian, hornet, carnifex, claymore, revenant, and widow but I keep getting upgrades to classes and weapons that I don't use, with my luck i'll unlock them by the time the game comes out<_<
