Sometimes if you cast Cryo Blast on a Guardian and he falls down, then sometimes even after losing its shield, it detects it as if it still had it. Therefore, it cannot lose any HP until you leave the area, and while you're not looking, the Guardian gets unfrozen and gets up.

I tried Novaing and Chargeing it with my Vanguard, to no avail.

(well, with messing that up, I think I'll also include that sometimes the HP display bar does not update even after being recharged after a wave - and still displays HP at 1 bar, until you lose your shields because then it updates it up to 5 bars.)
