Hi,

I'm trying to access an old Bioware Social Account (SyngeXI) that I have but I've lost the password for it. I've still access to the email I signed up with. When I try to get a new old, it brings me to EA's account, where-in when I enter the email address of the old account it doesn't exist so I can't change the password. I've been in touch with EA and they said that they can't access the old social accounts so can't help me. They told me to contact Bioware to get this sorted.

If possible, I'd like to either get my DLC transferred over to my EA account (this one)/or the old account merged with my new one, or get my old BW social account turned into an EA account so I can change the password and get access to it.

I have the same problem, but no one seems to be interested in getting back to me on it.
