Through an impressive amount of stupidity and bad luck, I have lost every method of accessing my primary account, Blargby. I have forgotten the password for it, and at the same time the email I registered it with has also been lost. Normally I wouldn't be that upset, but it's the same account I registered my Xbox Live to, and with Mass Effect 3 coming up, I'm worried I won't be able to register my DLC or preorder bonuses. Which would suck.

So. Is there anything that can be done, or am I just screwed?
