Because it does right now, and it allows butthurt asari to mess up my melee kills because I'm ahead of them on the scoreboard. Super-annoying.
Stasis shouldn't prevent krogan charges...

Even the heroes of Sovngarde cannot withstand a Krogan charge!!1

Odd, how does it prevent the charges? Makes it miss or what? Every other heavy melee still deals damage to stasis-ed foes.

Krogan charge right through stasis enemies. I agree. Krogan should be able to charge/melee stasis enemies.

causes him to not get at hit, just a miss.... i dunno why though but it is strange for an enemy to not take damage by only his heavy melee in a stasis

Of course, SOME might be freezing them to keep them in place thinking they're helping me get a sure charge kill, but as we've established, it does the exact opposite.

I was recently in a game with an Asari Adept that would follow right behind me (Krogan Soldier) and Stasis everything I'm about to charge, causing me to miss every time.
I still sh*t all over them with my Claymore.

Must be a bug. I was not aware of that playing an Asari Adept myself quite often. Good tho know though I will be more careful using Stasis now if a Krogan is around.

There is even a better way to annoy a Krogan. Pick a Drell Vanguard, and every time you see a krogan in front of an enemy, yank the enemy in front of him with Pull. Then when he whifs his melee charge, you charge in and finish off the enemy with a Biotic explosion (pull + charge). It's krogan trolling at it's finest. lol
