I wish that class mattered in Shepard's conversations and cutscenes. Two examples of each:

Conversation:
ME2, when Shepard goes to speak with the two engineers, they insist that FBA Couplings would be an ideal upgrade but they don't want to bore Shepard with the tech. What I would have liked to see is an Engineer/Infiltrator/Sentinel Shepard say, "You aren't boring me. I agree that FBA are the way to go because they blah blah drive times blah calibrations I should go." I think Adept Shepard makes a single comment in ME1 about his implants when talking to Kaidan...but that's it.

Cutscenes:
ME2 again, when first discovering about Tela Vasir's deception, she does some floating biotic thing and knocks Shepard out. I think it would have been awesome if Adept/Vanguard/Sentinel Shep would have corrected his/her fall with his/hers own biotics. Something like that.

And I guess Soldier Shep could strong arm people or make comments about the military or weaponry to others.

I just think it would have been cool to be able to do that. ME3 is obviously going to rock socks off regardless.
